Vol. 1, 120 pages of text, including Index to Churches Referred to and Index to Illustrations followed by plates. Vol. 2, entirely plates, not paginated. The cloth of both volumes is heavily worn at the joints, probably from rubbing along the desktop; the joints, themselves, and the hinges are strong. Corners are also worn. Pages are well-bound: tight and whole, generally clean with ocassional finger smudges.

We ship through the U.S. Post Office. Shipping cost for books via Media Mail is $3.00 regardless the number of books. Priority Mail is $11 for the first book; we will quote cost for multiple books. We will quote shipping cost via UPS or FedEx if you wish.
Customers who are New York State residents will be charged 8 7/8% sales tax.
We will ship with an invoice to institutions, such as libraries, upon receipt of a Purchase Order; payment is expected within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We can arrange next-day delivery at reasonable cost to certain instituions in New York City.
We will quote shipping costs to destinations outside the US upon request. Customers outside the United States who wish to pay by check or money order should send checks, drafts, or money orders payable in US$ and payable in the United States.
Returns may be made up to seven days after receipt. Please notify us before you ship and repack the book well. We will not reimburse any shipping costs unless the book is found to be inaccurately described.
